Hidden Pines Ranch offers a variety of time-tested and much loved summer camping programs.
For 2012, Hidden Pines Ranch
offers its Traditional
Day Camp for kids entering kindergarten through 6th grade. Built into the
camp experience Monday through Thursday are morning lessons in Christian Faith
building, canoeing, archery, horseback riding, and tennis. Other morning
activities include arts & crafts, field sports, nature & camp crafts,
and camp science. In the afternoon, campers choose three fun activities from a
variety of options. Some favorites are frog catching, capture-the-flag, soccer,
climbing wall and bracelet making. On Friday mornings, campers enjoy fun and
games associated with a specified theme (such as Super Hero Day, Rock-N-Roll
Day, or Olympic Day). Traditional Camp begins on June 18, and a variety of
schedules are available. Go to our activities page
for more information.

Hidden Pines
Ranch is proud to offer its Kindergarten Camp.
This great program prepares for boys and girls to enter kindergarten in the fall of 2012 by
giving them opportunities to build social skills, develop good learning habits,
and be responsible for their belongings. With loving guidance by their teachers
and assistant counselors, kindergarten campers experience all of the morning
activities that Traditional Campers do, but at a pace that works for them.
Kindergarten camp is offered with all the same schedule choices as Traditional
Camp. See our activities page for more
information.
Hidden Pines Ranch will offer a Middle
School Program this
summer for boys and girls entering 7-8th grade in the fall of 2012. This program follows
the Traditional Camp Program’s activities, but at an enriched level.
Outdoor cooking, sports, team building, and Christian Faith Building are a few
of the areas the Middle School Program will experience and explore each day. Sessions offered to the Middle School Program
match those offered to Traditional Campers. Please see our activities page
for more information.
Leaders in Training (LIT) Program will be offered to boys and girls entering 9th through 10th grades in the fall of 2012. This great program gives young teens who love children and want to help them learn and grow, the opportunity to assist our professional counselors in a variety of ways around camp. LIT’s build essential skills aimed to help make them great future employees and leaders in the world. LIT’s will co-lead morning lessons, small group and snack time in the afternoon. LIT’s will also venture off-site for some teen-focused summer fun. Sessions offered to LIT's extend over Hidden Pines' 8 week core season, June 18 - August 10. Please see our activities page for more information.
See Camp activities and daily programs for more details about the daily schedule for all of
our camp programs.
Hidden Pines Ranch Christian
Day Camp offers an enriching outdoor environment for children. At camp, the
development of self esteem, communication skills, creativity, outdoor skills,
and relationships with others is what we are about. Our Christian approach is about spreading
love through the teachings of Jesus Christ and is focused on virtues of
honesty, integrity, faithfulness and most of all, love for each other. The camp experience is enhanced by flexible
programming, new adventures, and a wide variety of activities. With guidance
from enthusiastic counselors, children select activities individually and as a
group. Our approach, which encourages children to try new things and experience
success, keeps families coming back year after year.
Whether
children are climbing our bouldering wall,
making s’mores, performing in a play, playing tennis, horseback riding,
creating art projects, or chasing frogs, they can experience excitement in
outdoor living at Hidden Pines Ranch!
