What forms of payments do you accept and when will I be charged?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover credit card payments as well as ACH transfers from bank accounts. We do not accept American Express. Payments made by ACH transfer receive a 1.25% discount off of their final balance due. Returned credit cards or ACH payments will incur a $20 fee. 

All registrations require a deposit of $500, with the exception of campers registering for the Mini Camp only. Mini Camp only deposit is $250.  During the registration process you can select to pay in full at the time of confirmation or pay the deposit with the final balance due by May 15th.  

Do you offer any discounts?

A sibling discount is applied to families registering two or more campers. Save 5% off your second child, 10% off your third and 15% off your fourth or more on session fees. Children must be siblings residing in the same household. We also offer a 1.25% discount off of your final balance due for payments made by ACH bank transfer.

Can we make installment payments?

Generally, all payments are due by May 15th, however if parents desire, payment plans are available. Payments can be spread out over the camp season. All payments must be made in full by July 15th. A $25 administrative fee per camper applies to all payment plans. If you would like to take advantage of this option, please select “payment plan” upon registering your child for camp. The payments will automatically be deducted on the 15th of each month from the credit card provided.

Is there a cancelation fee if we change our mind?

The first $50 of the initial registration deposit is non-refundable when a cancellation is made. There is a $25 change fee to any changes made to registrations after enrollment has been confirmed.   All enrollment/session changes must be sent via email to adminhpr@hiddenpinesranch.com.  Beginning on February 15th our cancelation and downgrading fees increase.  

 Cancelation & downgrading fees starting on February 15th are as follows:

Please note that camp does not offer refunds for injury, illness, weather or outdoor related ailments. We occasionally make exceptions for extended medical issues with a doctors note.  Please contact us if this is the case.

Is their camp the week of July 4th?​

We will not have camp on Thursday, July 4th and Friday, July 5th 2024.  We will be open Monday through Wednesday that week.

Is camp the right thing for my child going into kindergarten?

We have worked with kindergarten children for many years and feel that our program actually prepares them for kindergarten very well. Kindergartners participate in all camp activities at a pace that works for them. Their ability to take direction, work independently and participate in group activities is positively impacted by their camp experience.​
