This session is open to campers entering kindergarten through 7th grade in the fall of 2010.
Children rotate to a.m. lessons Thursday and Friday, including horseback riding, archery, arts & crafts, sports, Christian Faith building, nature camp craft, tennis, natural science and other morning activities.
No overnight.

"Friday Opt-Out" is for families who want long summer weekends for cabin trips, etc. Opt-Out gives all Fridays off except 7/16 (Variety Show) and 8/13 (Carnival Day and last day of camp).
One night overnight is included for all 4-6th grade campers (excluding 4-6th grade campers in session 6). Traditional camp overnight dates are: Thursday, July 8th and Thursday, August 5th.
No camp Monday, July 5th.

These sessions are open to campers entering 7- 8th grade in the fall of 2010.
This program follows the Traditional Camp Program’s activities, but at an enriched level. Outdoor cooking, sports, team building, and Christian Faith Building are a few of the areas the Middle School Program will experience and explore each day.

Most Fridays will include an off-site trip therefore; the "Friday Opt-Out" is not available for the Middle School Camp.
One night overnight is included for all Middle School campers (excluding campers in session 6).

These programs are open to teens entering 9th - 10th grade in the fall of 2010 who love to work with children and want to learn how to become great future employees - in any industry.
A separate CIT application and signed 2010 CIT Expectations sheet will be required along with registration forms. The strongest CIT candidates will be chosen from the pool of applicants.
CITs (Counselors in Training) assist Traditional Camp Counselors in a variety of ways including: serving as assistant counselors and distributing snack. CITs will also enjoy educational and service oriented field trips.

Hidden Pines Ranch highly recommends that new CITs attend our two day Bible Camp June 17th and 18th (at no cost). More information will be provided later to accepted CITs.
No overnight for CITs.

Extended Day Services (available to all registered HPR campers):

Car Pooling:

We'll develop and distribute car pool listings for those who would like to make ride-share arrangements. Just indicate in the space provided on your registration forms that you want your name, address and telephone number to be published on a Car Pool List and distributed to the other families who are interested in car pooling.

2010 Bible Camp Only Registration:

2010 Kindergarten, Traditional, Middle School & CIT Registration

All registration forms are available for you to download and print as PDF documents.

· To enroll one child, just click on the following link, open, print and complete the 2010 Registration Packet by hand. This packet contains one Health & Medical Information form for one camper.

· To enroll a child in HPR's CIT Program, please click on the following link, open, print and ask your Counselor in Training candidate to complete this brief application and read and sign the 2010 CIT Expectations sheet. Send this application and expectations sheet back to us along with your registration materials and deposits. Your e-mail confirmation notice will serve as notice of acceptance into the program(s).

CIT Application & Expectations

Please print our 2010 Registration Packet (4 pages, including a listing of all programs offered) and one additional Health History form for each additional child registered. Please complete all forms by hand and mail them to us with a $200 deposit per camper ($95 per camper if Bible Camp is the only program for which you are registering) along with a copy of each registered child's immunization records. Your child's spot is secured when we receive your deposit, ALL completed registration forms, and immunization records.

Terms, Additional Services and Discounts

Registration must be received by March 15, 2010, in order to guarantee t-shirt size(s). Registration must be received by May 1, 2010, to receive a t-shirt.

Your child's spot is secured when we receive your $200 deposit per camper ($95 for Bible Camp only), all completed registration forms, one Health & Medical Information form per camper, and a current immunization record for each camper enrolled.

Some families prefer long weekends for family cabin trips, etc.., so HPR offers a "Friday Opt-Out option" for campers in entering grades K-6th grades. This option credits your fees for all the Fridays in which your camper is enrolled, except Friday, July 16 (Variety Show Friday) and Friday, August 13 (Last day of camp celebration).

No camp Monday, July 5.

Family discount: 2 or more campers, deduct 5%. Pay before March 15, 2010, deduct 3%.

If Bible Camp is the only program for which you are registering, the fee is a flat $95 per camper plus any applicable Extended Day fees. None of the above referenced discounts apply.

A $25 Administration fee will be charged for cancellations after April 15, 2010. All fees are due by May 15, 2010, and are non-refundable after that date.

All camp fees and required documents (including an immunization record) are required for registering a camper. All campers with missing fees and/or documents will be placed “on hold” until their fees are paid and/or all documents have been received.
