This session is open to campers entering kindergarten through 7th grade in the fall of 2012.
Children rotate to a.m. lessons Wednesday and Thursday, including horseback riding, archery, arts & crafts, sports, Christian Faith building, nature camp craft, tennis, natural science, canoeing and other morning activities. Friday offers a taste of our special event day featuring fun morning activities around a theme and campers choice in the afternoon. Music will continue to be a big part of our offering with inspirational and camp favorites in the morning and afternoon.
No overnight.

"Friday Opt-Out" is for families who want long summer weekends for cabin trips, etc. Opt-Out gives all Fridays off except 7/13 (Variety Show) and 8/10 (Carnival Day and last day of camp).
One night overnight is included for all 4-6th grade campers (excluding 4-6th grade campers in session 6). Traditional camp overnight dates are: Thursday, July 5th and Thursday, August 2nd.
No camp Wednesday, July 4th.

These sessions are open to campers entering 7- 8th grade in the fall of 2012.
This program follows the Traditional Camp Program’s activities, but at an enriched level. Outdoor cooking, sports, team building, and Christian Faith Building are a few of the areas the Middle School Program will experience and explore each day.

Most Fridays will include an off-site trip therefore the "Friday Opt-Out" is not available for the Middle School Camp.
One night overnight is included for all Middle School campers.

These programs are open to teens entering 9th - 10th grade in the fall of 2012 who love to work with children and want to learn how to become great future employees and leaders - in any industry.
A separate LIT application and signed 2012 LIT Expectations sheet will be required. These will be mailed following receipt of your registration forms. The strongest LIT candidates will be chosen from the pool of applicants.
LITs (Leaders in Training) assist Traditional Camp Counselors in a variety of ways including: serving as assistant counselors, mentors to camper groups and distributing snack. LITs will also enjoy educational and service oriented field trips.

Hidden Pines Ranch highly recommends that new LITs attend our Three Day Bible Camp June 13 - 15 (at no cost). More information will be provided later to accepted LITs.

Extended Day Services (available to all registered HPR campers):

Car Pooling:

We'll develop and distribute car pool listings for those who would like to make ride-share arrangements. Just indicate in the space provided on your registration forms that you want your name, address and telephone number to be published on a Car Pool List and distributed to the other families who are interested in car pooling.

2012 Registration Process:

· You will need health insurance information, physician contact information, health history information, and emergency information to complete the on-line forms.

· A deposit of $200 per camper (for all non-Bible camp sessions) is required to complete your registration. The deposit is $150 per camper for the Three Day Bible Camp. Upon receiving your registration we will confirm that we can accommodate your request and sent you a confirmation email including an invoice showing registration information and balance due. The deposits payment can be sent on-line through our e-check process. If we cannot accommodate your request, the deposit will be promptly returned.

· ***Space is limited, so enroll early! Registration is taken on a first-come, first-served basis. ***

Terms, Additional Services and Discounts

Space is limited; enroll early! Registration is taken on a first-come, first-served basis. Your child's spot is secured when we receive all completed registration forms, one Health & Medical Information form per camper, and a deposit for each camper enrolled - $150 for Bible Camp and $200 for all others.

Some families prefer long weekends for family cabin trips, etc.., so HPR offers a "Friday Opt-Out option" for campers in entering grades K-6th grades. This option reduces your fees for all the Fridays in which your camper is enrolled, except Friday, July 13 (Variety Show Friday) and Friday, August 10 (Last day of camp celebration).

Discounts are available for: 2 or more campers (approximately 5%) and/or Early Payment by March 15 (approximately 2%). A fee calculator is available upon request for calculating exact discounts and total fees. Send us a quick note - Camp@HiddenPinesRanch.net - and we will send you the calculator.
If Bible Camp is the only program for which you are registering, the fee is a flat $150 per camper plus any applicable Extended Day fees. None of the above referenced discounts apply.

A $25 Administration fee will be charged for cancellations after April 15, 2012. All fees are due by May 15, 2012, and are non-refundable after that date.

All camp fees and required documents are required for registering a camper. All campers with missing fees and/or documents will be placed “on hold” until fees are paid and/or all documents have been received.
